VBR Smart Optimized Steam Injection
Traditional steam injection was a well known method to reduce gas turbine exhaust emissions. Unfortunately it is no longer possible to comply with the new, more strict legal emission requirements of the European Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) by simply applying a traditional steam injection solution.
VBR has developed a smart optimization solution to exceed the existing traditional steam injection systems in performance. This steam injection system is capable of reducing the exhaust emissions of gas turbines below the new emission limits of the IED.
