24/7 maintenance agreements
We provide 24/7 maintenance agreements to support the continuous operation of your General Electric GE LM1600, LM2500, LM5000 or LM6000 aero-derivative gas turbine. These agreements can cover a wide range of topics like scheduled and unscheduled inspection, maintenance, repair and guaranteed response times for call out’s.
We also support your gas turbine maintenance management with strategic spare parts planning, effective spare parts sourcing and professional monitoring (on your behalf) of the entire engine overhaul processs in licensed shops.
CLN emission reduction retrofits
CLN emission reduction is a very cost effective and reliable way to keep operating your existing non-DLE GE LM gas turbine or non-DLN General Electric Frame 6B gas turbine.
CLN emission reduction enhances the value of your mature gas turbine by delivering improved efficiency and increased power output at lower NOx, CO and CO2 emissions. CLN also provides you with the opportunity to extend the economical and technical lifetime of your mature gas turbine substantially by allowing you to operate it for many years more within applicable legal emission requirements. VBR Turbine Partners is European distributor of CLN emission reduction retrofits for non-DLE General Electric LM1600, LM2500, LM5000 and LM6000 aero-derivative gas turbines and for non-DLN GE Frame 6B gas turbines.
Inspection, repair & replacement
VBR Turbine Partners has the right people with the right knowledge, capabilities, experience and tooling to take care of the entire maintenance of General Electric GE LM1600, LM2500, LM5000 and LM6000 aero-derivative gas turbines and their packages & auxiliaries. We provide periodic, scheduled and unscheduled inspections, repairs, replacements and overhauls of your gas turbine. Our focus is to solve your technical problems effectively and quickly to get (or to keep) your gas turbine running at the shortest possible notice with optimal performance and
minimal emissions.
Engine overhaul & hot section exchange
In case of an engine overhaul VBR Turbine Partners supports you through the entire gas turbine overhaul process.
From preparation of the request for proposal to the selection of the depot and from monitoring the entire overhaul process in the selected depot (including testing of the engine) to evaluation of the final overhaul invoice from the depot.
Our on-site services include hot section exchange, removing the engine from the package and reinstalling the engine in the package.
Control system upgrade / retrofit
Mature control systems are a serious constraint for optimizing gas turbine performance and minimizing gas turbine exhaust emissions.
We provide software modifications, upgrades & retrofits for Speedtronic Mk IV and Mk V control systems and software modifications, upgrades & retrofits for Woodward NetCon 5000 and Woodward Micronet control systems.
DLE mapping
VBR Turbine Partners provides DLE mapping services to optimize the performance and to minimize the NOx, CO and CO2 emissions of your DLE LM gas turbine.
