Product specifications :
JADwash has been approved under the product description MA-109C for the new MIL-PRF 85704C use on US Navy, US Airforce, US Marine Corps, US Army inventory. Meets General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce MSRR 9914 , Allison, Solar Turbines, EGT and other major engine manufacturers specifications. Meets ALSTOM Energy Industrial Gas Turbines Compressor Washing Water and Cleaning Fluids for particulate matter. Meets General Electric’s new requirement MID-IDM-2500-12 GE Marine and Industrial Engines appendix A4-Specification for Compressor Cleaning Water Purity for GE Gas Turbines in industrial applications. JADwash is in conformance with GE M&IAD criteria and requirements of GE M&IAD MID-TD-000-5 “Liquid Detergent for Compressor Cleaning”, General Electric G.E.I. 41042.
JADwash was designed to meet environmental marks not yet enforced and lead the field in a recent cleaning efficiency test. JADwash is a non flammable, bio-degradable, safe for the environment cleaning compound intended for cleaning the compressor section of aero derivative turbine engines. JADwash will remove accumulated salt, dirt and oily residue from the gas path. JADwash is designed to remove atmospheric contamination from gasturbine engine compressors. Such as carbon, sulfur, oil, vanadium oxide and salt.
JADwash has no adverse effect on the health of personnel when used for its intended purpose. It does not contain any known or suspected human carcinogens or heavy metals. JADwash contains no total toxic organic (TTO) compounds as defined in 40 CFR. This product is not characteristic waste by RCRA definitions. This product does not contain any organic or inorganic solvents which cause brain or nervous system damage. Ingredients are not considered SARA Title III Section 13 reportable and not subject to TSCA Section 4 Test Rule. JADwash meets E.O. 12843 (21, Apr. 1993) order maximum use for safe alternatives to ODS and E.O. 12873 (20, Oct. 1993) requires increasing acquisition and use of environmentally preferable products and services.
